DELIVERY & PICK UP SERVICE
- $20 delivery fee applies for all events in East Vancouver. Additional $5-20 for events outside our neighbourhood, determining on distance, time of day and boundaries.
- JustCatering will pick up catering equipment within 48 hours of your event date free of charge, unless otherwise arranged. For customers requiring same-day pick up service, there is minimum $50 same-day delivery fee (additionally to drop off and pickup fee) to accommodate this request.
- JustCatering is happy to take care of dish, cutlery and linen rentals. We will work with the best rental company for your event and will add the extra cost to your invoice. Our fee for arranging event rentals is $50.
- Alternatively, we can provide compostable place settings for $4.20/dozen (plates, napkins, cutlery). (Recyclable cups are included in the cost of our coffee or water/punch service.)
- JustCatering is happy to provide helpful and friendly staff with our catering services when necessary. Staffing fees are charged as follows:
- Servers - $25 per hour/per person.
- To ensure the highest quality customer service for your event, JustCatering will use its professional experience and discretion to make staffing decisions.
- Gratuities - A standard 15% gratuity fee will be applied to the food costs of any catered event that includes JustCatering staff.
- A deposit of 40% is required when quote is accepted, invoice exceeding $1000, addition 30% required beginning of work, remainder is due when the job is completed.
